-The Holdrege First National Junior Team finished the season with an impressive 33 - 7 record and a 3rd place finish in the Class B State Tournament. Holdrege had three wins in the tournament beating O'Neill, Hershland and Valparaiso before being eliminated by Gretna in the semi-finals.
-1/11/09: The Board announces that Mark Freburg will be the Senior Coach for the 2009 Season.
-1/10/09: Holdrege has been awarded the Class B State Junior Tournament which will be held from July 24-28.
-7/12/07: Holdrege hosted the 2007 Area 6 Juniors Tournament that will be held from July 12th through the 24th.
-8/6/06: The Holdrege First National Seniors finished the season hosting the 2006 Class B State American Legion Baseball Tournament. The team finished tied for 5th out of 8 teams being knocked out by the two teams that eventually played for the state title. The highlight of the tournament was when Holdrege beat Wahoo in a well-fought elimination game. This was the first time since 1952 that Holdrege had the opportunity to host the State Tournament. Thanks to a good group of volunteers, great things like this are possible.
